Sale Representative

Directs and manages sales activities. Must have existing experience in convenience, and on-premise accounts.

Job Type: Full-time, non-remote, travel required.

Role Responsibilities and Scope:

Manage, direct and work with sales and delivery .

Organize Sales Meetings with distributors and their route teams.
Acquire appointments with Convenience store chain buyers to negotiate shelf space agreements.
Build on current channel success; expand distribution in Convenience, and on-premise channels by identifying and securing new accounts.
Support sales strategies and tactics to increase retention and growth of existing consumer base and new acquisitions.
Develop, implement and execute sales presentations to secure sales and distribution. and utilizing presentation materials and according to established pricing policies.
Educate business partners and customers on our products; Motivate to achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution and revenue objectives through scheduled and unscheduled meetings, route rides, trade surveys and monthly reports.

Required Skills and Experience

Must have 10-15 years experience, Sales Skills, Management Skills.
Demonstrate ability to achieve results.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales ability.
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with personnel and customers.
Thorough knowledge of company products.
High level of resilience, persistence, and energy, self-motivated, winning, positive attitude.
