We currently have an opportunity available for a Recruitment Manager in all 50 states!
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies designed to meet the hiring needs and goals of the company.
Recruitment managers will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have an HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation. The ideal candidates are team leaders who are able to make effective decisions quickly.
Key Functions Include:
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes)
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Identify key recruiting metrics and collaborate with Office Administrators on appropriate tracking methods.
Manage the recruitment investment budget and track spending accordingly.
Participate in job fairs and career events.
Supervise branch Recruiters to help them meet their goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Host weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings/town halls with recruiters and branch management to evaluate progress towards recruitment goals and discuss new initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
must be available on weekends if possible
