Medical Specimen Courier

We are hiring for a Medical Specimen Courier(s). The ideal candidate(s) will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to complete HIPPA.


Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

Deliver goods to customers.
Maintained appropriate insurance coverage on the vehicle.
Be responsible for maintaining an adequate amount of fuel in the vehicle to ensure the safety and efficiency of deliveries.
Deliver packages and other items while maintaining an accurate record of deliveries.
Deliver goods to a destination by a set deadline.
Be independent of supervision.

Requirements:

Current drivers license.
DOT MED CARD preferred
Lift packages up to 150 pounds.
Use equipment to lift heavier packages.
Safely operate company vehicles.
Interact with customers and fellow staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $250.00 - $550.00 per day

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY

Must possess a valid Drivers license
Clean driving record as defined in the Arrests, Convictions and Criminal Background Checks policy, HR-105-EMP
Able to work well in stressful situations
Consistently demonstrate a confident and professional manner to coworkers and the public
Able to work safely with infectious and/or hazardous materials
Ability to prioritize and problem solve
Ability to work well in a team environment
A courier must be Customer focused and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

Day range:
Every weekend
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Experience level:
1 year


Shift availability
1, 2, 3 Shift availability

WORKING CONDITIONS
Position will require transporting various types of equipment, supplies, records, infectious/hazardous materials
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
